Life throws curve balls at us from time to time. Other times life has ongoing challenges, difficulties and burdens we carry.
Historically the local church was one of the first places people went to in ‘times of special need’. Though that is no longer the case these days, we here at TPC want to recapture that idea even given that we are an online church. So with the use of email, phone, skype, group gatherings (in NZ only) and on occasion face-2-face appointments we will serve you to the best of our ability.
Both Jeanette and Alan Vink are experienced Pastors over many years. We have raised four sons and now deeply immersed in our nine grandchildren’s lives. We love people no matter what background, ethnicity, religious, education, age or stage. We are not doctors or counsellors but we can offer spiritual, emotional and pastoral care. If after having initially ‘chatted’ to you and we feel your need is outside our expertise then we will be quick to recommend to you a referral to a specialised professional or agency. Though we believe Jesus is the answer for the world today, we promise non-judgemental, non-pressured interactions. Confidentiality is absolutely assured.
We are here to offer child blessing ceremonies, weddings (incl. pre-marriage classes) and funerals.

- Parenting challenges
- How to connect with God
- Processing failure and unexpected events
- Loss and grief
All you need to do is email us and share with one of us as much as you are comfortable with. If you live anywhere in New Zealand or Australia and would prefer to have an initial phone conversation please just say that in your email and either Jeanette or Alan will call you.
If you live beyond NZ or Australia then we would recommend you ask around your town or city and find a suitable local church. Please refer to Church Referral page to see a guideline for finding a church.
